Our lobby is CLOSED due to an increased number of COVID-19 cases in Randolph County. Our office remains open for telephone calls and for activate/transfer service appointments (please wear a mask).
You are free to drop payments off at the drop box next to our door, or you may make your payment remotely (please see our payment options below).
If you need to activate/transfer service, please call ahead (256-357-4716), so that we can be ready for you when you arrive and to confirm you have everything you need when you arrive. Our office is open M-F, 8-11:30 am and 1-4:30 pm, except state and federal holidays.
HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT REMOTELY:
- US Mail (check or money order ONLY)
- Mail slot – located to the right of the door
- Telephone, during business hours (credit or debit cards ONLY, fee applies*)
- Online, click the “Payment” link above (credit or debit cards ONLY, fee applies*)
- Your personal bank’s online bill pay
* fee is $2.50 or 3%, whichever is more; 3% becomes more than $2.50 on balances $84 and above.
